1. General

These Terms of Service govern your use of the JOTO Beauty Lab online store (joto-beauty-lab.myshopify.com) and any purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

JOTO Beauty Lab is registered in the Netherlands.

2. Products

We sell Korean beauty skincare products including serums, creams, and sunscreens. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may slightly differ from the actual product.

3. Ordering & Payment

By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase. We will confirm your order by email. We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout. All prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped to the Netherlands and other EU countries. Delivery times and shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

5. Right of Withdrawal

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

6. Warranty & Liability

We guarantee that our products comply with EU cosmetics regulations. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable EU data protection law (GDPR).

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
